With over a decade of experience in New York real estate marketing and sales, Jocelyn specializes in new developments across Manhattan, Long Island City, Lower Brooklyn, Flushing, and other locations, having amassed total sales of over $50 million. Among her numerous accomplishments, she managed 12 individual sales for One Manhattan Square, a premier condominium building in Manhattan, earning her the distinction of being the top agent for Extell, New York's largest developer. Before embarking on her real estate career, Jocelyn worked as a news anchor, financial reporter, and editor for Sino TV and LA18, the largest Chinese television stations in the United States. In this role, she interviewed distinguished individuals and celebrities from diverse backgrounds. 

Angela has studied and worked in the United States for many years and has a deep understanding of Chinese and American culture. Angela loves flying, skydiving, flying airplanes and other extreme outdoor activities.

Bill Wang brings over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate investment. In this capacity, he assists buyers and investors in formulating personalized investment and asset management strategies, while also aiding developers in investment quantitative analysis and management planning.

He has been instrumental in leading acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and managing investor relations for more than 15 projects, with responsibilities encompassing over $100 million in cumulative private equity financing and cash flow management.

With 18 years of experience as a real estate agent and broker, Lillian boasts an impressive background in creative design and marketing. Having resided in New York for nearly three decades, she possesses invaluable expertise in educational school district real estate across New York City and Long Island. Lillian‘s proficiency extends to buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate properties, including warehouses and storefronts. Ken Ye serves as an Associate Broker and Commercial Sales Director. He specializes in the sale of multi-unit residential properties, retail spaces, medical and professional offices, hotels, warehouses, and mixed-use development sites. With his acute insight and professional market knowledge, Ken has forged long-term business relationships with developers, property owners, and investors. The CPRE commercial team, under his guidance, exclusively represents more than 1 million square feet of commercial land.

Kokoshen Li is renowned for crafting exceptional high-end experiences for her discerning clientele, showcasing her keen eye, astute negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to integrity. With a comprehensive understanding of the luxury lifestyle, Koko transitioned from a flourishing career as a fine art dealer to the world of upscale real estate. In 2016, she joined Extell Marketing Group (EMG), where she swiftly advanced to the position of Senior Sales Executive. During her tenure at Extell, Koko facilitated over $60 million in real estate transactions and drove sales for prestigious developments such as Central Park Tower, One57, One Manhattan Square, Brooklyn Point, and The Kent. 

Ann Marie began her career at an Investment Bank in Capital Markets, learning invaluable investment principles that have allowed her to speak to both sides of a Real Estate transaction. John Liu is a highly experienced real estate professional with over three decades of industry expertise. Born and raised in Beijing, China, John attended St. John's University in New York, graduating in 1996 and becoming fluent in both Chinese and English. Lisa brings 30 years of retail sales and management experience, including jewelry sales and merchandise wholesale, to her role at CPRE NY. Upon transitioning to the commercial real estate sector in 2022, Lisa rapidly expanded her clientele, drawing from her extensive experience in the retail and wholesale markets. Her clients boast substantial financial strength, with many being all-cash buyers. Within a single month, she set a record by closing six contracts and three deals, covering a wide range of businesses such as wineries, restaurants, laundromats, grocery stores, beauty salons, hair salons, and 99-cent stores. Recently, she completed leasing contracts for a renowned Japanese restaurant and a prominent Chinese restaurant chain.
